Last week I read Christopher Pike’s Weekend and Christopher Fowler’s Roofworld.

Weekend was okay. It was an entertaining read, but my favourite out of the two books was, most definitely Roofworld. It is the first time that I have read anything written by Christopher Fowler, but I saw the book in my local bookshop and I remembered reading a review of it some time ago. The reviewer praised it mightily, from what I remember, and the reviewer was right. It is a damn good read. I tend to like stories about societies living, secretly, amongst the main population, so perhaps that is why I liked it so much. Anyway, I know I will be reading more of Fowler’s work in the future
